  13. Get 1 6oz Tomato Paste

  15. Prepare 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  16. Get 1 Salt and Sugar to Taste

Roll tightly, and seal with a toothpick. Remove and discard the first couple leaves of cabbage. Cut just a little bit of the end about ¼" inch or so and place the cabbage in boiling water. Cook for a couple of minutes until the outer layer of cabbage leaves is.

  8. Remove the bulging part of the steam off the cabbage leaves. Make sure not to make holes in the leaves.
