  1. Take 250 gms wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1 grated beetroot
  3. Prepare 1 grated carrot
  4. Make ready 50 gms grated cabbage
  5. Make ready 3 tspoons of green chilli paste
  6. Make ready 2 tspoons of salt
  7. Make ready 2 tspoons of coriander leaves chopped
  8. Prepare 3 tbspoons of oil

The Paneer Paratha can make a meal in itself and served with a pickle and some yogurt or raita. Heat a flat bottom non-stick pan or tawa and place the triangle beetroot paratha on it. Apply oil on top and again flip the paratha and cook properly on both sides. Cook till brown in color and your triangle beetroot paratha is ready to serve.

Steps to make Beetroot cabbage paratha:
  1. Take big bowl add wheat flour, grated carrot, beetroot and cabbage.add salt, green chilli paste,1tbspoon oil and Knead smooth dough
  2. Cover it and rest for 20 minutes. Again Knead for couple of minutes.now take out small portion and roll paratha.heat tawa put rolled paratha.roast from both the sides.serve hot with coconut chutney and sauce.
  3. Very healthy option of Indian flat bread.do try this.

Apply oil on top and again flip the paratha and cook properly on both sides. Cook till brown in color and your triangle beetroot paratha is ready to serve. Beetroot Paratha Recipe - This is the stuffed version where stuffing mixture is made from grated beetroot, boiled, mashed potatoes and some spices. There is another version of making beetroot paratha where raw finely grated or boiled, pureed beetroot is added directly into the flour to make the dough. Cabbage is a very good source of vitamin K and Vitamin C.
